Yes! All active BIMRS Members have a discount code. Please head into the BIMRS forums, in the ‘Association’ Google Group for the “EuroTrain – Your BIMRS Exclusive Discount Code is Here” conversation. 

You do not need to be a BIMRS member to attend EuroTrain. EuroTrain is open to any BMW or European professional looking to enhance their skills. 

Registration Policies

Selections must be made in advance and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

BIMRS Members receive an exclusive discount on registration packages. Visit bimrs.org to become a member.

To register, please complete the online registration form at www.bimrs.org. Registrations accepted ON-SITE ONLY after September 25, 2026. We cannot guarantee availability for late or on-site registrants. A confirmation letter and detailed conference information will be e-mailed in late-September.

Full refunds will be granted, less a $30 processing fee, if cancellation is received in writing by September 1, 2026. No refunds will be granted after September 1, 2026. Name substitutions will be accepted.

BIMRS reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by BIMRS, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. BIMRS may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used, or contracted by BIMRS, including but not limited to brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.

A person attending a BIMRS event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer and the event organizer.
